We had just arrived in Tasmania when the aircon in my car started buzzing so badly we couldn’t use it. The gents at Audi Centre Launceston made time to take a quick look and retrieve a parking receipt that had fallen in there somehow, within an hour or so. So accommodating and helpful. They had us back on the road with functioning aircon to enjoy our Tassie holiday from phoning to dropping in to sorted in the same day.

While visiting from the mainland I had some issues with my Audi. Brought it into these guys paniked and worried. They checked it all out and had it back to within the hour. Great customer service, lovely staff and a very pleasant experience.
