Henley Holidays Jindabyne
I booked an accommodation through The Henley Holidays in March 2022 for the July Snow Season. They cancelled my reservation at the end of May which made me ending up with a much higher rate of new booking. This business is not a responsible business. They admitted they had mistakes but are not willing to take the responsibility. My case is a small case, but if you would like to buying or selling your property with them, you'd better be careful.

We were delighted with the customer service provided by the Henley team after an unforeseen problem with our rental property in Jindabyne meant we couldn’t stay. They went above and beyond on a booked out weekend to find us an alternative and convenient place to stay, with apologies and an upgrade as well. Happy to recommend the service.
