The several times we have dealt with this company have been awful. The first time purchasing close to $1000 of products and several of them being broken. After a trip back to the store to replace the items (1 hours drive) they were not in stock. We were promised the replacements would be shipped directly to us within a weeks time. After 3 weeks of no contact we went back to the store for the replacement ourselves, again an hours drive.Went to the store a few weeks later to purchase a water fed system but none in stock. Desperately needing to get a job done, we hired one of their systems which we were assured had resin in it ready to go. After only an hours use at the job, the resin had run out. Leaving us unable to complete the job. 2 hours total in travel, a days work lost and instead of an apology from the staff we were met with hostility and accusations of mistreating their equipment (we had disconnected their pole to allow it to fit in the car. Which is simple to reconnect)They were rude and treated us horribly.We will not be using them again.

Access Cleaning Supplies has one of the best and widest range of cleaning products around Dandenong and Melbourne. Also the prices are very affordable.

The company is not well stocked, more than half the stuff on the website is not even in store, basically they uploaded a catalogues pictures with pricing. They should have stated online order only. They never phoned me back after I drove all the way out to the shop to buy equipment.
