Went in there to get something from behind the counter. The pharmacist didn't even crack a smile - just looked at me with this blank, angry look like I was asking for his first born (was just some steroid cream). Didn't even acknowledge me just plonked it on the counter. how rude!!Then I was looking for some moisturiser, there was a couple of women doing a stock take and they wouldn't even move out of the way or ask if I needed help. Again didn't even look at me.Chemist warehouse is like Spotlight. They must employ rude people with no customer service and a bad attitude.I think I'll go back to using Priceline at least they smile and say thank you.

Very rude staff member on the tills. Wasn't helpful at all, very dismissive and didn't listen to what I was after. They were very abrupt and short-tempered, ended up leaving and going to the other one.

I went in there the other day and on the end of each aisle they had a TV with an advert for the item in that aisle. Every TV ad was different and the volume was up high. It was just a cacophony of noise and I had to leave without buying anything. I wonder how the staff cope with the barrage of noise.

This place is packed. Small aisles but so much choice and some great bargain prices. I was looking for a particular brand tablet but amongst the hundreds on the shelf was about to find help when an assistant immediately asked me could he help. Showed him the picture and he handed it to me straight away. Great assistance and also helpful and friendly. I was impressed. Well worth the visit. I'll be back here for more.
