I was very dissatisfied with the service from Steven Zervas. He did not undertake the required due diligence for a property. I would not recommend Fletchers as management was also unprofessional.

Fletcher's Agent was very Professional, well organised & a good communicator.Michelle was very helpful from the beginning. She was easy to talk to, listened to our concerns & was very considerate when it came time to conduct the House Inspections & on the Auction Day. Her knowledge of the area was second to none & her advice was invaluable throughout the campaign. Her language abilities with prospective Buyers was impressive, as was her professionalism throughout.

Must avoided if you don’t want feel upset. They take advantage of people to raise the prices! They informed us that we have made the highest offer to buy a house, and asked us to go to their office to sign the contract. We did the same and paid the deposit. 10 minutes after leaving their office , the agent called me and told the owner has decided to accept another offer as her heart says to go with it!They took advantage of us to make the other buyer to pay more!
