Great and friendly service. Great techniques

The worst company to deal with! They say they will call back, never happens. Request an invoice, had to chase that for two weeks. No one can ever find records of the purchase. Emails sent requesting invoice or a call back, no reply. Blatantly lied, called to ask if the product had been dispatched, was told it had been. Called two days later, asked for the tracking details only to be told it was being shipped that day, requested tracking details, nothing was sent. Called the next day to ask for tracking details again, surprise, once again told the order was leaving that day and finally received some tracking details.Completely unprofessional and a utter time waster. Go elsewhere!!
