Such a brilliant way to spend an hour. It's a great way to let go, get some exercise and have a laugh.

Would I come back here?...Yes.No Lights No Lycra, where yes, you can wear lycra, may not be for everyone. You move in a dark room where you can still see the outline of people. I say move because no one is watching, literally. You can move however you want, as much as you want, as little as you want. Just whatever. It's non-judgemental and you just move with the music.I recommend booking beforehand so they know how many people are coming. And if you're a top-notch playlist creator, ask the ladies who run it if you can curate one.I really enjoyed it and would tell anyone to give it a go. You may hear some songs you've never heard before and wow, can your hips actually move like that?It's a really great alochol-free event that is a really good workout.
