Ordering was fast and simple. The new mummy got exactly what i ordered within a very good time. The arrangement was beautiful along with the gift basket and my daughter absolutely loved it. The art and magic she puts into her arrangements is stunning. I've had flowers from Heavy Petal for two years now, reason why I keep coming back is because: 1 - the flowers are fresh & last, 2 - the arrangements are flawlessly balanced, 3 - she has awesome gift ware also, 4 - customer service is prompt, attentive and friendly.
