Very happy with the service I got from Ryan and YPA Melton. He walked me through the contract of sale to make sure I understood it before signing (I'm a first time buyer). Then he was able to negotiate with the property owners on my behalf to get them to pay to fix certain issues with the house before settlement. Very friendly and professional. Definitely an agent I would recommend if you're buying a house.
