I used the services of this company several times (the most recent order was a couple of weeks ago)- each time the approach was extremely helpful and professional. I got extensive help with material selection (sheers), style and design; and finally Nikki came to measure everything up for perfect fit (making an appointment was hassle-free, all went through very smoothly).Best thanks for excellent service.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new curtains. Parafield Soft Furnishings are without a doubt the best curtain company in Adelaide. We decided to get a quote from them after seeing the job they did for a friend on a whole new house of curtains and blinds. The pricing was fantastic and we were kept informed constantly about the progress of our order. Nicki was incredibly helpful in helping us to choose the best option for our needs. She and Sam couldn't have been more helpful. So friendly. Give them a go...you won't regret it!

If you don't want to throw your money away, order from a reputable company and stay away from soft furnishings. The hideous impractical curtains broke after less than 9 months!Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service and condescending attitude from this curtain maker. Both my husband Matt and I had met with Nicky on site and explained what we wanted in detail, which was double S fold from the ceiling. I even showed her photos and assumed at that point that as a professional she understood and would action our request. Sadly I was very wrong.When I got home from work I was shocked to discover the only thing right about the curtains installed was the colour. They start off the wall, not the ceiling and are completely impractical. The drawstrings are placed in the worst possible positions and very awkward to get to. There are so many things wrong that it almost feels like she stuffed our order up on purpose. After several discussions, Nicky offered to fix" the current curtains and put them on the ceiling. She also mentioned the reason she didn't do what we asked is because our house is very small! The nerve.We had other curtain makers come out and inspect the curtains that have been installed by soft furnishings. They are of the view that these are not fixable as the height is way too short and will not reach the floors without making them look even worse.Now we're in a situation where we have to fork out thousands more dollars to have new curtains made correctly and also fix the damage that has been caused to our brand new walls by soft furnishings.I had actually referred a couple of friends to this curtain maker but thankfully they ended up going with reputable companies after I explained my awful experience.Avoid this business at all costs. The owner is rude

I can't praise these guys enough! They were friendly, knowledgeable, delivered ahead of schedule and were very professional. Their attention to detail resulted in a perfect installation of a quality product. My experience was floorless from my first visit in-store, to the measure and quote and installation.We had pelmets made and installed after a nightmare experience with spotlight that was months overdue and totally botched up. It was such a relief to deal with a quality business with quality products and service.

Amazing service from Nikki who gave me honest advice and the best suggestions for what would work for my home. The final product is impeccable. I also purchased beautiful material from the shop which I used for custom tablecloths. I cannot recommend the ladies here more highly.

The ladies are well organised. They won't forget your job. We never have to ring them up to follow up on our order. We have used Sam and Nicki's service twice now and are very happy. Wayne the installer knows what he's doing. Competitively price also.
