This is the most disgraceful business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.I logged a solar job & followed up multiple times over a 1+ month period, always with the excuse that it had been raining so getting on a roof would be dangerous.Finally a technician arrived just to view the job, not undertake it, not get on the roof & said it would take 2 technicians & they can fix it the following week.Another week passes & I get an email late 1 night saying that I would need to get a builder 1 month from Christmas & they cannot do the job.They do not communicate with customers & their service or lack thereof is appalling. Give them a wide berth.

Georgia helped us out with an urgent request for a part for our gas spa heater. This took multiple phone calls, and in the end she even delivered the part personally. This saved us from a significant problem as the property was rented to AirBNB guests. Incredible service Georgia.

I especially appreciated the courteous, patient and helpful support provided by the team at Poolside. Highly recommend. They are a family run business with over 130 years experience in the industry, which I thought was very impressive and it 100% shows with their knowledge and professionalism. I would like to thank the staff for their amazing work they have done. Fantastic customer service even over the phone and via email. Very impressed with your service.
