I would highly recommend using Platinum Pipe Relining. We live in a beautiful leafy area, which means not so beautiful tree roots, that had caused a blockage. Rhys and his team were very thorough, professional and clearly explained what needed to be done. Best part was, there was no distruption to our front garden and no digging necessary!

After years of problems with tree roots in our ageing drains, and the possibility of expensive repairs if they failed, we contacted Rhys on the recommendation of a neighbour. They dug up and replaced access points and a junction, thoroughly cleaned and relined all drains, and replaced a section of pipe under the house. The relining system is ingenious and when you see the equipment involved it’s clear why it is not cheap but for us the interest on the cost of the work will be less than we were paying plumbers to clear the drains with increasing frequency. The drains are now good as new, unhealthy minor leaks have been eliminated, and we have peace of mind.Rhys and his team were very friendly and professional throughout. We were particularly impressed by their attention to quality, minimising mess (e.g. putting soil into bags to avoid damaging the lawn), and cleaning up afterwards. I have never dealt with such a professional team of tradesmen.Highly recommended — both the company and the relining process.

Highly Recommend - Rhys and the team were a great help with our clay pipe issues! By relining we saved a great deal of disruption from breaking up concrete pathways to access pipes not to mention the issues under the concrete slab of our house which was inaccessible.
