I've been waiting five years for a chair and poufee to be upholstered.... He, Richard tells me he's misplaced them....never gets back to you says he will but doesnt...have fully paid, absolutely hopeless service. Wish I'd never got involved with them.now tells me its'lost', spoke to the wife, she lost it and told me prove it

I am so happy with everything that I have brought, my lounge, dining table curtains and most recently diffusers & candles which have my whole house smelling amazing. So pleased that FPU have now increased their homewares section too. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommended.

After 23 years the recliner decided not to recline the cable had gone as we live in the Barossa I was at a loss to get it repaired rang Furniture Plus Upholstery and they were amazing Steve came out and fixed my chair service was excellent. Highly recommend Furniture Plus Upholstery.

I went in with an Italian leather lounge suite and needed the arms replaced in one chair In leather which he said he could do. Picked up my chairs and the arms of one chair were covered in material which did not even slightly match the colour. Very not happy. I now need to purchase another lounge suite. It will not be from him. I needed chairs covered as well. Will not be getting him to do them. Not happy at all. And to top it off- very shoddy workmanship in what was done

This store has very bad service when it came to getting a refund for goods. they do everything to avoid paying you back. After month of waiting I still haven’t got my money back yet and they just keep on giving me the run around. I suggest SHOP ELSEWHERE! Very bad business practice.
