SJJA Zetland

My little boy has been going to SJJA since he turned 3. He absolutely loves it and I’m so impressed how much he’s developed already in that short time.He’s now on his 3rd stripe and he’s really developed the skill of being good at listening, following instructions and paying attention in class. I’ve noticed his general motor-skills have improved dramatically since his been doing Ju Jitsu.He’s learned how to do a double leg take down, some basic rolling, how to break fall and he loves learning through playing games like Dragon’s Tail and Bullrush.Master Frank is absolutely amazing with the little children, such a good instructor and caring and knows everyone by name.It’s a very welcoming warm environment for the children, and a great studio space. I like the white mats you can see how clean and hygienic the space is.The Squids class (3-5yr olds) is on 5 x times a week so we have him on an unlimited membership and try take him as much a possible for his 30min class.

I had been thinking about trying out Jiu Jitsu for a while... I walked in to SJJA Zetland 2 months ago and I've never walked out. Each class is an amazing experience because you learn from incredible Professors and team mates.One of the best decisions I’ve made was to sign up for BJJ at this gym. There is a real culture of respect in the gym and everyone is super friendly welcoming. The best Jiu Jitsu gym in Sydney based on the community feel, world class coaching and generous mat space.Highly recommended!.

Such an incredible place. Our kids absolutely love going to SJJA. Master Frank and Master Gian are absolute legends. Highly recommend you check it out for yourself. 10/10.

I have been training at this Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy for the past year and I am extremely happy with my experience. The instructors are all highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they do an excellent job of breaking down techniques and helping students of all levels improve.Additionally, the community at the academy is fantastic - everyone is very supportive and welcoming, and it's a great place to make friends and train with like-minded individuals.Overall, I highly recommend this academy to anyone interested in learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will find a home here and receive top-notch instruction.

As for the community, they are like one big family. Everyone is welcomed with open arms. I highly recommend joining for yourself or children.
