Gordon and his team are very helpful and have great product knowledge as well as being patient and clear to answer all queries in a friendly and helpful manner. What an experience, this store is like a breath of fresh air in a world with very average customer service. Very helpful, informative and knowledgeable staff that know their products and are able to provide you with very useful advice. Bikes can be test ridden, no problem and there is a bike trail just behind the store so you don't have to worry about navigating through traffic (which is always fun!). I can't recommend highly enough. If you're looking for an e-bike they have a wonderful range and something for everybody's budget. Please give them a try if you are looking for an e-bike, you won't be disappointed.
