Please be mindful that people are using your parking lot to dump dogs into new owners. This is improper ownership transfer and a scam. These people might be named Patrick Mitchell and Trish.They do not properly rehome dogs, nil appropriate documents, refusing address and lying about proper procedures about ownership transfer. They don't care about the dog or the owner's welfare. It would appear this person is getting greyhounds for a price somewhere and posting the same gumtree ad to give away these pets for free whilst lying about the ownership details and training needs. Then when asked to return the pet or proper documents, they display their racist and sociopathic trait. I have copped up so much abuse. I am trying to forget this matter. The dog is in a much safer place at GAP where it has been legally surrendered. I am however concerned for the other dogs these people might come to process. The very next day after I got the dog there was another ad for another dog however with the exact same description as the one I was given. Calling the dog a couch potato" which is totally wrong. The one I got definitely wasn't a couch potato and so it didn't fit my family and vice versa.The worst of it all was when GAP ran ownership check there was nil record of Patrick. Was the dog stolen? Don't know.I have escalated this to all the relevant authorities.They have a black van. If they have done it once highly likely they have done it again.Please have a look out and report. Highly likely there is animal cruelty at their location if they are in the business of dumping and improper rehoming.Thanks"

Great pet store. Have huge discounts for members, so good you can buy top quality pet vaccinations at supermarket prices. Highly recommend for pet lovers. And Great online sales for none members also.

A really excellent visit, the staff was overly compensating and generous with their times. Listened attentively and drew upon their experience, relayed it back in a manner that was easily understood. Suggested many solutions and advised of ways on saving on the wallet before attempting more expensive solutions. The issue was having numerous dogs and wanting some solutions to give them a good and a safe environment, came up to the counter with many products and wanting to buy the more expensive and the high end range, they were able to walk through the issues one by one and suggest a solution to each one, aswel as advising to come back for the more high end expensive solutions if all else fails. Overall - amazing experience, and not to mention the wide range of products pet barn stores! Thank you guys for the amazing service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars and if it could be 6 I would have added on that for the extra courtesy in service.

Great customer service huge premises heaps of stock and some great specials

Non competitive prices aside, the customer service was on the 13th of April 4:40pm was disappointing. I asked the cashier for helped twice and she kept her back turned to me - aware of my presence, just seemingly not caring. When she decided to turn around, I asked about a veterinary food. I was told the item was in stock, but I had to fill an online form and then click and collect". I asked if I could complete a physical form or do it in store so I can pick up the product I needed. I was told it wasn't possible. So I went straight to petstock. Not only was it cheaper

Good range, helpful staff. They accepted a refund when my husband and I both accidentally bought bulk food on the same day. Good range. Don’t forget to price match if possible- will save you lots.
