I have had some concerns with joining a weight loss program but since I have only started with this company I must admit that I can see the changes. Food, flavour, time and also that if I have any concerns that they will respond within time that is needed.Reading the other reviews made me question if this is legit but as they are under a new Management I thought I'd give it a go and have been very satisfied.Other companies are only in it for profit but I can taste the difference from this food and other competitors. Not only is is great for me physically but also having time is a great factor also.

Some of the best ready made frozen meals I’ve ever tried!!! Ordered on a Monday night, they arrived the very next day which was amazing. So easy to reheat them when you’re short on time or just can’t be bothered cooking!

I’m probably going to sound like those highly strung people; I can assure you I’m not. Diet Factory was the Worst experience! I waited 2 weeks to receive the food I couldn’t even eat.This would have been understandable with the delays from the pandemic - however the customer service was SHOCKING. I received one sentence replies every few days without answering anything I was asking.When I received the food - it was a bunch of heat up meals with no nutritional value, for example Macaroni & Cheese; pastas etc - packed into a box, with no instructions. The meals had defrosted and spilled food water, filling the bottom of the box.I have THANKFULLY - been able to get a refund; although that took days to execute; as there’s no point of contact, other than the email address; which is useless for effective communication; if the person on the other end - doesn’t address the customers.I have now used Dietlicious instead; I called the business and they were LOVELY! I ordered Tuesday - the food came to me the next day. The food is in seperate bags for each days worth of meals; and you receive a menu explaining how to follow everything. All the food has been fantastic! The meals are all healthy, I started with the 10 day cleanse; which removed sugar, dairy and wheat from the diet for 10 days at 1000 calories.You can then move on to their sustainable meal plans which are all really great! If I had known about them before ordering Diet Factory; I never would have.Unless this business does a complete reconstruct; and figures out new protocols in dealing with customers & their food plans - I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I really like the service. Excellent support over email for deliver dates etc.Lot of Meal options to choose from. The meals are packaged and have long validity when kept frozen. This makes meal planning so easy.I tried the halal 12 meal option and loved it. The meals are portion sized which helps in controlling calorie intake.Kudos to the team! Keep doing the amazing work!

I have been with diet factory for six weeks now, feel better healthy and lost 6 kg so far. Most of the meals taste good except two I didn’t like. And it is different from one to another.The owner do care about your complaints and try to fix as soon as possible.When I started I used not to feel full. However I feel full quicker now and can not eat large portions.I recommend the diet factory for any body seeking a healthy life style.I hope that you succes in your business and keep improving.

I was hoping that it would be good but it didn’t meet my expectations. Flavour and quality wise. The meat is fatty and the chicken taste so old. I tried other companies with better quality, flavour rich and cheeper at same time.

Food was delivered late and there was no communication from them or their delivery partner. The packaging is questionable as two of my items were already open. The food has so much water after you microwave it. Not recommended. If you are looking for a halal meal provider than My Muscle Chef is an another alternative

Tried their meals for one week. After opening the parcel and finding two of the meals opened due to poor seals and cheap plastic containers that cracked, I contacted their Support to provide feedback. Their response, we will follow this up with our courier company

Delicious and INCREDIBLY Tasty MealsWe have been ordering meals from THE DIET FACTORY for the last two weeks and i can say wholeheartedly that every meal has been delicious, easy to put together and incredibly tasty.Highly recommended !!!
