Mad Mex Fresh Mexican - Miranda
I came here about a month ago and was told we have run out of chicken, can you wait about 10min. I was on my lunch break so was in a hurry. I ended up waiting about 20mins no apology. I came today and was told we have no rice can you wait about 10min? SERIOUSLY come on ! Why does this keep happening?Very disappointing

I recently dined at Mad Mex in Miranda, and I would rate my overall experience as average. I've visited this restaurant a few times and noticed that there is quite a bit of inconsistency in their portion sizes. One day you might receive a generous helping, and the next time, it may feel like half the usual size. This is definitely an area where they could improve to provide a more consistent experience for their customers.On this visit, I ordered their nachos. While I appreciated the variety of toppings, I was disappointed by the soggy texture of the corn chips(due to the black beans). The meal could have been much more enjoyable with a crisper base. That being said, the flavours were still decent and the service was friendly, which helped salvage the meal for me.Overall, I'd give Mad Mex in Miranda 3 stars. While not my favourite dining experience, the restaurant has potential if they can improve the consistency of their portions and the quality of their nachos.

The quesadilla was amazing but service was lacking. The male worker in the front was very polite and taking my order but the older female near the checkout was very aggressive and they asked me if I wanted toppings like sour cream and spice levels and guacamole but they didn’t tell me that guacamole costed money. At the end I realised they charged me extra.

8th June I went to mad mex in Miranda and the customer service was so bad that I didn’t feel like eating the food after that. I requested the lady something to girls and they refused. I requested them to just cut that in two pieces. They said that they don’t have knife and how can I trust them when the knife was infront of my eyes. I took the wooden knife and did infront of them and they started laughing at me.I would not suggest anyone to go there.

Some of the staff members were rude and looked like they didn't want to be there. As I was taking my order, I requested one of the staff members to change their gloves because he came in touch with the meat and I didn't want it to land up accidentally on my food. He then asked why he needs to change the gloves. First of all, change it and he doesn't need any explanation on why he needs to change his gloves. As he was placing the rice and beans on the plate, oh my gosh, he just put one spoon and scattered on the base. I was just shocked. But what was the point on telling them? They didn't put enough fillings to please a customer. Don't get me wrong, I love mad mex but in miranda, disgusting. Poor quality, rubbish food and a waste of my money. Never again am I going to get mad mex from miranda. While eating the food, the beans tasted old and weren't fresh. It tasted weird.

Been a few times last year. slow staff but at least they acknowledge you….not today. They don’t serve in order of arrival. And if you are ordering via food service might want to double check it’s warm

Ordered nachos. It doesn't even come with melted cheese! Then they weren't able to give a receipt for the refund. Also the Vegan" cheese
