Good customer service and very reasonable prices

Still waiting for my phone call of a special vitamin they were ordering in for me

After being a loyal customer for many years with Khodary Chemist and now YDC Kurri Kurri, recent events have prompted me to close my account with YDC Kurri Kurri. My account was always paid within a few days of receiving it. Recently I have had to contact YDC to ask for my monthly account, which when received often did not show a credit for recent payments. This month I formed the opinion that the accounting system was deplorable and unprofessional. The final straw was when my wife was told that the account was closed as it was too far in debit. At this stage she was abused in front of a shop full of customers. This embarrassment forced her to tears upon her arrival home. This situation arose because of their incompetent account keeping as the account was up to date.Recent instances also included prescriptions not being filled although up to 2 weeks’ notice was given. Most of the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We are sorry to have to go “across the road” due to the decline in what was a very good service. Although I requested that my wife receive an apology for her embarrassment, none has been received.I am also aware that other customers have experienced similar service and that we are not the only customers to change providers.

Told me my scripts were a-ok, only to find out they hadn't been filled when I returned the following day. Tried to charge 7 times the correct rate for medicine - literally tried to charge me $220 instead of $30

I cannot thank staff member, Emma enough for her care and compassion on my recent visit today at Kurri Kurri Discount Chemist. Being in immense pain her help with offering a glass of water to take my pain medication when it was dispensed was very much appreciated. Thank you for being so caring and helpful

Ordered a script to be filled in advance. All ready on arrival. Good price. Friendly quick service. Clean safe environment with big product range.

Prescription wait is a bit worse lately than Usual. Older lady talldark hair pointy nose, not very nice customer service at all. The other staff are wonderful. Sorry I would give 5 * but that lady is just awful all the time:(

Never had a problem here . Faster than many places for prescriptions , great prices and staff are fantastic.The young staff members run rings around other places , they take pride in their work , listen and really great to deal with. Cessnock is closer but go to here. Great prices , great service.
