Tried here for first time today after 10 years of going to Community Pharmacy a few doors down. The staff are amazing and the pharmacist is extremely understanding and helpful. Have moved all my families business here now from community pharmacy.

Michael and his team help my family for years, they always care about what you need and find the best solution with amazing services.BUT I’ve encountered bad experience today. I bought Amoxicillin this Wed (16/11/22) and found the medicine expiry in 11/2022 yesterday (17/11/22). Shelf life for Amoxicillin is around 2 years, so I went to the pharmacy to ask if this aged stock can be exchanged to a fresh one during my lunch break today (18/11/22). The girl who came to help me delivered a very tough and unacceptable attitude which I never been encountered in this lovely store before, she refused to replace the aged stock and kept challenging me. To be honest, if I checked the expiry date on the day I purchased, I wouldn’t pay for it at all.Susanna, another very helpful and understandable pharmacist who’s on duty today help to exchange the product with expiry in 05/2024 at the end. Thanks Susanna!!I wish this is my 1st bad experience and also the last one in this lovely store, all the staff can keep delivering high quality of the service as what they’ve offered for years.

In all my interactions, I have found Michael and his team to be extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They are always more than willing to help out with signing stat decs and witnessing documents - which has been a God send during uni and when applying for AV!On other occasions they've provided me with comprehensive advice about products and services, making sure they understand my needs. I always walk out feeling like I've made well-informed purchases. They are always very helpful when dispensing prescriptions and re-explain the dosages and any special instructions.I had two appointments booked with the Community Pharmacy down the street for my COVID booster (both of which were frustratingly cancelled on the spot upon arrival). Michael stepped in and administered my jab at late notice without hesitation today.Won't be going anywhere else from now on!

Michael Moore is the rudest most ignorant pharmacist I have ever come across. This place is the most unwelcoming pharmacy I have ever come across. You don’t want to have an issue with your script or have anything out of the ordinary as Michael Moore won’t serve you and is happy to leave you in pain then give you your medication. He is happy to withhold your medication. Doesn’t matter if you need it for your heart to work properly he is happy to see you suffer instead. A complaint to the ombudsman has been made and the pharmacy guild.Michael Moore was not abusive to staff ever in your store …… you got your back up cause I wanted to ring the doctor prior to you making me take my medication with me ….. I have now requested consumer affairs, Victorian Pharmacy Authority and Aphra to get the video footage from your store to prove your false statements. I am sure we will have further dealings about this through those 3 avenues. I also have you recorded on my phone when you lost it at me. They were very interested in that.
