The team at BMCR built my fully custom high end hardtail (just gave them a big box full of loose parts) and its perfect, they contacted me when needed during the build to ensure the right height and position of everything. The bike is completely silent and I would 100% recommend them

Super Happy with the Service of my Mountain Bike. Friendly, professional and consultative. I put my tired broken bike in for a service and received a bike back that was almost back to new. I would fully recommend them if you want a professional service of your bike.

I am in Adelaide for a few weeks for the cycling. I had an issue with the rear brakes on my Cervello R5. I had taken it to another bike shop which bled the brakes but the problem reoccurred. BMC fit me in the same day, fixed the problem and I had the bike back in 24 hours. Great service. They got the job done. They are pleasant to deal with. I recommend them!

Great shop and very lovely and knowledgeable people. My Bike had a service there last week and now it's like new. They were lovely when I called to book my appointment and very clear when they contacted me to let me know what needed working on for my bike. Will definitely be back. Thank you :)

Have had several services at BMCR and service has always been exceptional. One of the few places that will do fork services..and do it well. Recently had suspension replaced as well and work was done on time as quoted. Highly recommended

I’ve been a customer of these guys for over 10 years, the only reason why I have stopped is because I moved interstate. Really great service, no judgment on your bike, they are not pretentious, highly experienced, kind and will always give a great service to your bike.The only downside to their business is that they are always booked out and you need to book in advance to get your bike fixed.Such a great local Adelaide business. Highly recommend.
