Valentino's Hair Retreat

Sam did my hair today & did an amazing job. I went in for quite a big change including going back to my natural color - grey! Sam came up with a solution to help me do this & gave me the best hair cut. She also explained things to me, the whys & why nots, she actually 'got' my hair & my needs. So so happy.

Allways a great haircut very friendly staff, wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I had such a positive experience today and left feeling so happy. The previous hair salon I had attended gave me really bad chemical burns on my head. During my consultation today I let my hairdresser know and she was so great. She really listened and took great care with my scalp and hair. She was very informative and made me feel like a valued client, rather than just another bum in the chair. I really enjoyed laying in the massage chair whilst getting my hair shampooed, toned and treated. It was a relaxing experience. The vibe was very warm and friendly and I liked that they clearly had a lot of happy regular clients. I’ve left with hair I love and a very happy scalp. I have rebooked and am looking forward to going back.

So happy with my new hairdo, done by the very bubbly Bec. This was my first time to this salon and was very impressed with the service I received.

I feel extremely disappointed. I came to this salon yesterday to get a new haircut and a nice hair colour. The final result was exactly the opposite of what I wanted - the hair is way too dark, even grey, I have a 2cm colour gap between my scalp and the 'foils' and the hair was cut 4-5cm too short. I feel really disappointed as the reflection in the mirror is not even me and my kids keep asking 'why do I have black hair' suddenly, when yesterday I had blonde hair.This morning I drove back to the salon to see what can be done and was offered cold shoulder and 50% discount at my next visit (which definitely will not happen) and a free cut. Mistakes or miscommunication can always happen buy it's the way the business deals with the client after it happens is what really counts. Now I have to live with this terrible feeling for months and even years to come.I definitely would not recommend this place, if you care about your hair. And which woman does not?!

Can not say enough positives about Valentino's Hair Valentine.From the moment you make your booking until you leave their salon you feel welcomed.Elise Davies listened and throughout having my hair done discussed options and asked my thoughts before continuing as it was my first time going from long to short hair.I feel fresh and I LOVE my hair. Extremely skilled hairdressers; I won’t go anywhere else. It’s a 45min drive for me but the couple of times I’ve tried to find somewhere closer they pale in comparison to Valentinos. And it’s not just about the skill (which is top notch), it’s the service too. You never feel self conscious and the conversation flows easily. I love going to see Bec, I get to catch up with a friend and come away with brilliant hair!

I am a new client to Valentino's and have been very happy with my service. It is a lovely salon and everyone is very friendly and nice. They are following the COVID-19 safe rules which is important to me. I have felt welcome and have enjoyed my time at the salon. Bec has gone above and beyond for me already and I have only been twice now. My hair is lovely and I felt listened to when I discussed my colour. Highly recommend changing to Valentino's if you have been thinking about it.
