Great Post Office since the new management has started.Extremely professional, friendly and willing to help.Good range of items for sale in the shop at good prices.Very clean and well presented.Bindoon is lucky to have this service.

Its a very good post not as pricey and not as many people come there so i give it a five out of five.

I needed to pick a couple of parcels up and phoned ahead to ask about my options because I can not make it to the Post office during opening times and was appalled by the rudeness of the staff member. She told me she hasn't got time to talk to me because there were customers in the store. Well, I consider myself a customer who needed some information. I inconvenienced a work colleague to drive past the next day. He provided all the necessary signed forms of Authorisation and bar codes for the pick up and his identification papers (Driver licence and Passport) as digital proof on his mobile phone. They refused to give him my parcels. This is the worst service I have had encountered in a long time.

Great staff helpful and courteous. Knowledgeable about what matters
