Got an appointment for Just tyers rotation. Dropped car At 2:25pm went back for pickup after 4:30. Still car was untouched. Reception guy was very Rude. I drove back by wasting my 2 hours.i never seen this kind of bad coustmer service in my life.

Stopped by on the off chance I could get a quick low beam replacement. They were super busy but made the time to help me out, and the man who assisted me was super friendly and amazing. Thank you so much for taking the time for me! The tools made it a much quicker job than it would have taken me, and he gave me a few handy hints for next time.

Great service from the team, directly after the service the tyre picked up a nail which was fixed straight away the next day greatly appreciated and we will definitely return and tell all our friends well done MCar

I could clearly see that these guys were getting hammered due to the fact that everybody else around them was closed in their industry. However, they were still giving out great information and trying to help the clients that were coming in and being honest with them, Offering up alternative solutions to going direct to the source who could fix it cheaper than what they could, because they were charge on top to have the person come out to them. And that to me is a good sign

These new owners are great, definitely highly recommend this workshop.Although they were very busy, it was no trouble to squeeze in my small repair.The price was lower than expected and the job done perfectly.Overheard the owner mentoring an apprentice and I was impressed by his knowledge and the way he interacted with his staff.Happy new year to the whole crew and their families. These guys are not trustworthy. They advised in their report that the brake fluid needs to be flushed whereas I had it done just 6 months before the servicing. There should not be any need to do this within such a short period. I asked them to clarify in writing about a month ago but they haven’t responded yet! I asked for a simple question what evidence they have and their lack of response shows that they don’t have any.
