I’ve had 7 dogs go through this clinic and I’ve never left with bills unpaid. Today my dog had an emergency visit. While I was fighting peak hour traffic to the clinic I got an sms to say that she will be ready at 6pm and please bring 600 bucks because payment is required upon pick up.My sister had already indicated method of payment at admission. Had I been asked I would have happily agreed to swipe my card in advance or left a deposit. There are better ways to engage with clients on a professional level that do not require using cute language in a ransom sms. Please respond Y to confirm you got this feedback.

Highly recommend this clinic. So happy that my little puppy is on its way to recovery thanks to the friendly and intelligent team here. Alistair and Jess are fantastic Vets. The nurses are wonderful and the reception team are always so welcoming. Sarah at reception is so helpful with booking in all our appointments. Jess has been amazing with all the help and support she has provided us. Thank you for all that you do. We will definitely recommend this clinic to our friends and family.

Highly recommend! Absolutely awesome & so caring, understanding & love your fur babies as their own! Been coming here since I was a kid with the parents & our family fur babies & I cannot speak higher! Staff have obviously come & gone but all are always just as amazing! So thankful for such beautiful caring animal lovers & know my fur babies are in the absolute best hands! 6/5 Stars ✨ easy! I am very fussy & only the best for our fur babies as my parents are the same & my Cousin also has been using this vet for as long as I can remember.

I have taken my beautiful 14 year old GSP Zara to this vet quite a few times and they have always been careful with my money. They have also been very helpful and kind both to me and Zara. They have explained my dog's issues to me with respect and care, and not just gone with expensive medications to fix every problem. I don't understand any of the negative reviews here: they are much better than any of our previous vets and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to everyone.

If you have a greyhound, you will be treated like a king, if not dont bother. They dont care about your pet. I was told while waiting in the waiting room that they couldnt see me because there was an incident at the dogs. So i had to take my sick pet home. Another time i put my cat in for a teeth clean only to get home, take the bandage off her paw and find the anesthetic needle still in her paw. Enough said.
