Why go to the gym ladies and gents when you can Zumba! This is fun, energetic class, great workout for all ages and fitness levels and no experience needed - just move, the music gets you going, Naomi and Diana will show you all the moves! Give it a go, you will be addicted from your first class.

I love this class run by Diana and Naomi - great music and moves and the girls have lots of energy which makes the class lots of fun. The hall is really good too as the side doors open right up which brings in the night breeze in summer.
