They are good but they are like all the other truck companies. Service was lousy but the truck itself when I finally got it was great

First time I hired a vehicle with these guys the centre console had a live cockroach in it. Additionally when I went to find the vehicle it wasn't where it said it was so I had to call them, it was a few streets over.Second time I used the vehicle the fuel was past the full line from the previous user. When I returned the vehicle I filled it up to the F" marker on the vehicle and was slugged with a fee from them.Back and forth with their staff and even after quoting their own terms stating that the vehicle must be returned with a "full tank" they believe that a "full tank" is past the "F" line on the vehicle itself.Seems that they want to just flog people with any fees they can. Never using them again. Dishonest and don't care."

Booked a van online, got COVID and had to cancel. Couldn’t cancel via the app has to send an email. They responded asking “why have you cancelled”!! Advised I got COVID and they charged me $33 cancellation fee, for what?? The cancellation was made more than 48hrs prior. anyway. So much for being “reasonable” won’t use them again suggest you don’t either…

The best truck hire company. very easy to book and team are cery accomodating! The truck itself is near new and comfortable to drive! Will definitely book again

Customer service could be better. First time driving a truck. The back was dirty as I had to mop it before putting my belongings in it. The cabin was clean. There should be a written manual for easy access and avoid talking to customers service. Cost me just under $300 for 6 hours hire. Would not book with them again.

Don’t go with these scumbags. The charged my card $33 for apparently not stopping at a stop sign and when I asked for proof they said it’s out of their hands and that I would have to contact QLD police when I live and rented the car in NSW. I am a law abiding citizen. I would never run a stop a sign. They don’t even have the decency to show me proof and now they’re not returning my $200 bond. Go with another company

Truck came available at short notice offered drop off at nearby location, gave a a good discount for first user, however the blutooth didn't work correctly on truck. But other then that seems ok.

Really great system and back end support. Clean and New van easily available. Very competitive rates. I'd recommend using Geko

Good service if it worked. App was buggy. Got charged an extra $50 for not using the app properly, even though it was confirmed by staff they would take care of it.Then got charged an extra fee for fuel despite showing the receipt that I topped up with.Overall extremely disappointing. They are not clear with their fees so feel they can charge whatever they want. Will not use again.

Easy to use, great prices and modern and comfortable vans. We used them for an interstate move and it was a breeze! The team was super helpful with any questions we had too.
