Very helpful staff fixed scree in a tyre and made sure all other tyres had correct pressure. All up about 5 - 8 minutes. Very impressed.

Went in for a flat repair and found that I needed 4 new tyres (I knew they were getting close). Great customer service and had all 4 tyres replaced and wheel alignment on the same day.The only criticism (and this is every single tyre place I have ever been to) is that they don’t clean the wheels as part of the service.It is such a simple thing but picking up your vehicle with new tyres and shiny rims is the icing on the cake.

Stuck in Ballarat needing new tyres and a battery. Rang them and was given the best advice for my tyres. Had to speak to partner about it which they confirmed tooThese guys are friggin awesome. So super knowledgeable and helpful. I'd engage their services again anytime in future. Very honest business. Doesn't rip their customers off like other groups I've found.

Outstanding customer service yesterday on the phone and today in store from Colin and the team in LaTrobe St Ballarat. I knew what I wanted from a new set of tyres and Colin assisted with a recommendation. Had them fitted and balanced today and I’m very happy with them. Only took 1 hour. Service and reception area were clean, tidy and comfortable. A great experience. I’ll be a loyal customer from now on. Great job team!

Excellent Service , i Turned up five minutes before closing on a Hot day with a Damaged Truck tyre and they stayed after hours got the tyre replaced and had me back on the road in Quick time .
