Big thumbs up to this lot. I was worried they would call me the next day as I know myself my dog can be a little wild if not in the right hands. I was at easy during my time away, and fees are very acceptable and service is a 100+ for me. Lovely staff and very welcoming. Highly recommend their service.

Bad experience from Helen, not spoken to very professionally, made to feel like I had done the wrong thing. I requested a quote via Facebook messenger because 4 phone calls and an email, went unanswered, my message to her after requesting vacancy of dates via messenger was “Hi again, just wondering how much the 3 night stay would cost? I tried calling a few times today but had no answer, thanks” the response I had was quite rude in my opinion “We are very busy at the moment being holiday period, today I have been in the phone all day. There is the facility to leave a message but you don’t appear to have left one or you would have had a return call.We have a daily rate so three nights would be four days. Small dogs are $25.00 per day.” My thoughts were that I know very well I had the opportunity to leave a message, I don’t need to be told that, that’s what I should of done, when it wasn’t really a drama to me that my calls went unanswered, I just sent a message for a later response and I wasn’t expecting the response that I got from a business who I was willing to pay money to and then was blocked all together from the Facebook page for no reason. Would not recommend.

Helen and Ian are amazing, they genuinely love pets and treat them as if they were their own. Our ruby (dog) loved her time with them and I felt like she had a lovely holiday just like we had.Thanks for taking such wonderful care of our baby. We will only leave our precious family member with you.

Our dog was well looked after. This was his first stay away from us and he came home happy and healthy. We will take him there any time we are away. We are very happy. The staff are lovely and friendly.

I have been leaving my dog in the care of Skye Park for as long as Ian and Helen have owned the business and I cannot fault there customer service or the care they provide for my pet. I have the peace of mind to go away and know my little mate is being looked after. I also know that all the animals housed there are fully vaccinated so there is minimal risk of disease. Even as a long-standing customer I have to provide documentation that my dogs vaccinations are up to date.Great people to deal with.

What an exceptional establishment, run by dedicated owners, and some wonderful staff. The owners, Helen and Ian, are truly excellent people, and find no problem at caring for our poor old geriatric poodle, Gypsy, and he genuinely enjoys going there.It is incredibly important for your pet's to be fully immunised, and a full record of previous inoculations presented, as people would be devastated if their pet contracted some canine, or feline, disease because of some stupidly irresponsible owner. Most people love their pet's as much as, and sometimes more than, their own children.This place is an award winning establishment, and once you leave your pet there for the first time, you will understand why.Respectfully yours, Max Garrod.

Great service from phone call booking and on payment on pickup. However, I noticed my dog was very tired after 5 days here. Maybe she got lots of thorough exercise I’m not sure. She was very clean and seemed happy to see us. Fell straight asleep in the car. The price was cheap. Happy about that. We stayed at South Solitary Island resort. Dogs were not allowed at the available cabin sadly so we put her in a close by kennel. She was 9 years old but fairly athletic though not used to , too many huge walks or runs. She seemed to have a sore leg for weeks after her stay and was very shaky. She has to have corticosteroids to ease her pain. Took at least a week to heal her. She is still jumping if I touch her near her back legs. If someone had accidentally trotten on her little leg or something which could have happened, as she often runs near your feet. I would have preferred honesty and would have understood if it happened. But nothing was said at all. Soon as she jumped from the car at home we noticed it. She was yelling in pain couldn’t jump up or down.
