I highly recommend Under The Bar.Workouts are fun and challenging. It’s a great community with people of all ages training together.Lys and her team of trainers are very professional, patient and understanding of all different fitness levels.Give it a go you won’t be disappointed!

UTB has the the most caring instructors that take the time to get to know all the clients, individualise programs to meet the needs of members as well as push everyone to their limits. The wide range of classes available cater for all fitness levels and those interested in many diverse types of exercise. When you walk through the door you feel as though you’re instantly part of a community. UTB is ultimately the best!

Under the Bar isn’t simply a gym, it’s a community of like-minded people who genuinely want everyone around them to reach their goals. It’s the most warm, welcoming gym I have ever been a part of. The trainers go above and beyond to help every client no matter what stage you’re at. I couldn’t recommend UTB more and will remain a member for many years to come.
