KiS Transport subcontracted the delivery of goods to Williams Transport in Cooma, who informed us that they don’t deliver to our address. They are the only transport company unwilling to deliver to our address. Unfortunately KIS Transport were not very helpful and unwilling to reassign the delivery to another subcontractor. In consequence the goods needed to be returned to our supplier and resend using A different fright company.This is leading to production delays, additional administrative workload and has significant impact on our business operations

KIS are fantastic to deal with, their customer service is fantastic and are always there to help. I speak to Jamin every week and shes always there to help, especially with international freight and enquiries.

I have ordered some parts from Brisbane and the delivery company was KIS corporate and I have received the items damaged by them when I come to claim a refund for the damage items they said we are not responsible for the damage I have attached these photos that it is clearly showing the damage items.I advise people who want to use this company to stop using it because they don’t care about the packagesThanks
