There should be less than one star, actually QH and Schofields Mccas are competing each other to be the worst.Never had hot drinks after 9pm.

Please remind your staff that just one customer service is giving the wrong food. Although at that time there was no busy at all, I was the only drivetru customer at 00:55 on the 22nd of May, ordering food to have burger 2( 1 mc chicken and 1 double mc chicken ( the wrong order is this order double chicken but only have 1 pl) ( I know is only $2 but that is my money I paid to get for what food I want if they busy on that time I don’t care but that time is only 1 costumer how to get the wrong ) , 1 large chip, apple pie

Worst Maccas ever.So disappointing.Big Mac barely holding together, and ice cold.Cold junior burger.Half full old cold fries.Asked for 3 sweet & sour sauces and got 3 BBQ.I even confirmed the sauces when it was handed over.No aoili in stock.No flavours in frozen drinks except coke.

I ordered via the app to this store. I was in the car park when I ordered so I didn't think it would be ready for a little while, but I went in anyway. To my surprise the order was ready and sitting on the counter for me. The staff were super prompt and very nice. The store was clean and tidy and the bathrooms looked well looked after. The food was hot and fresh. The coffee was a little lack luster and could have been a bit hotter. Overall, a good store to visit.

Very, very poor service.It's not just the morning rush, but every time, there is a wait for drive thru, which beats the purpose. On this occasion, I wanted my coffee with food and not before. I instructed thrice, but still, they gave coffee before and made me wait in the waiting bay.

Had the sweetest customer service this morning! The lady on drive through greeted kindly with a smile as well as the lady in the pick up window. It’s always a nice way to start the day! Thanks guys :)***but did have to wait over 10mins for 2 coffees, pancakes and 2 hash browns :( and they were cold.

Got out extra hot coffee and hot chocolate in drive-in order and had a sip, after moving out, both the orders were at room temp. I have been to many Maccas in AUS and overseas, without a doubt one of the worst experience I have had. If 0 ⭐️possible, I would have given it to this store. No wonder you are receiving this negative reviews. You are my local store but will never visit.
