My property manager, Kirby McPhee has been amazing. She helped me move into my new place quickly and smoothly and made the experience of moving house a joy, which is not usually the norm. She always replies promptly and actions any maintenance requests quickly. I feel lucky to have landed Kirby as property manager and I can't recommended Kirby highly enough. I truly hope she stay on as my property manager for years to come!

Just completed a 12 month tenancy with Harrington Earl and cannot speak of them highly enough. Each agent has been professional and courteous. The property I was renting was absolutely wonderful and well maintained. Massive thanks to Christin, she made the vacate process so easy and was fast to respond whenever I had a question.

This year, we had unforeseen and problematic circumstances due to necessary works to the home, which were to no fault of our landlord (who is also great) or Harrington. During this time, Kirby was always reachable, compassionate and professional. I would consider her the best agent I've had in my rental history.

With many years of experience as a renter across multiple states, Harrington Earl are hands done the worst property managers I have ever experienced.I have a request for a basic requirement repair (minimum standard) in writing for over two months now and it has been forgotten, handballed and out right ignored.Steve Earl himself arranged an inspection at the property (apparently an inspection is required before agreeing to basic repairs) which he didn’t turn up for or even have the courtesy to call and rearrange. A phone message and email has been sent and both have been ignored.I guess the hope is that I don’t have time to apply to VCAT but as it is winter and the property has no heating, we are freezing and this is considered an urgent repair.If you have an investment property, and would like to keep the property in good repair with excellent tenants, find someone else to manage it! Nelson Alexander have been the best property managers in my experience.

If I could give 0 stars , I would.After we inspected the property, we applied and didn’t hear back for weeks and weeks on end, we went to another couple of inspections at the property and I even had brought my professional reference with me and mentioned how keen we were. We knew we were the only people who had applied but Steve earl kept neglecting our calls. My boyfriend and I don’t party, we are mature adults in our 30’s and would honestly have been the perfect tenants.After some attempts of contact, Steve Earl then proceeded to tell me that he would only speak to my boyfriend and not me - at inspection he kept mentioning if it would suit my boyfriends needs. Which is CLEAR sexism.My boyfriend speaks to him over the phone and he is extremely rude and aggressive. He told my boyfriend that our current real estate had given us a negative reference as we didn’t want to have tradesmen in our home without our prescence.He then tell us he will ‘reconsider’ our application if we put in writing that we would allow tradesmen in, which we did and never heard back!Didn’t even tell us we were unsuccessful, refused to speak to me, would reject phone calls and was rude, aggressive.I have spoken to renters who have been with Harrington earl, they are horrified at the treatment and lack of care received by Steve earl - who also somehow owns the business! Disgusting man, disgusting real estate. Avoid these people at all costs!
