Plenty of staff walking but still took ages to get a simple script. 1x box tramadol.Tried to charge me full price, said the number on my Centrelink consession card wasn't working and that ide have to pay full price and claim some back at a later date.None of that is true.The card number did work. The script only cost me $6 & thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my time.1/2 a star rating.

The one and only problem I have with this chemist is waiting. Waiting waiting waiting. And more waiting waiting waiting. Even when I order my medications through the app it is ALWAYS slow service. I’ve sat there for 15-20mins just waiting every time I go in. And sometimes it’s not even busy. The girls up the back chatting, with no care in the world. Once in a blue moon when I get quick service I’m literally SHOCKED!

Double check all of your orders because they will take your concession details but not apply them to your order. This has happened to me here, multiple times.

I actually really enjoy going here!Whenever I go there is always a pleasant atmosphere in store and the approachable staff are friendly and highly knowledgeable.I have been going to this particular Amcal for the past 2 decades and I've only ever had 1 complaint. And that was years ago and involved a pharmacist that was only there as a once off to relieve an unwell staff member.

Friendly staff who always willing to listen and help to find out what do we need, even via phone calls. Compared to one pharmacy (different brand) in Mt. Hwathron that do not provide great customer service, this pharmacy's customer service is excellent!

Michael is a great Pharmacist but for quite a while now this Pharmacy hasn't been able to do as much as they used to. They are often short staffed and are therefore unable to deliver to your home even though their website says they can. It would be good if the information online is updated to remove delivery service availability so others are aware it's not possible with them always being short staffed.Their app is convenient except when it's not updated, so you need to keep your eye on which scripts you have on file.If you go at the right time, they're awesome!
