They dont want to help you at all they are not a health center they are an investigations center. They keep on saying if you want to continue coming" ?? they know i have no choice so why do they say that for ? it makes them look very unprofessional and stupid."

Very unprofessional, cold and scheming. They cancelled my appointment and then they accused me of being the one who cancelled it and said that’s a mark on my record!! If I didn’t need their service I wouldn’t bother making an appointment and have waited for months, do I?? And I don’t appreciate getting blamed for something I never did. How disgraceful.

The reception for community dental is really incompetence- lack of customer service - although 4 of them are sitting at the reception - very slow - talking and laughing with each other...they did not call us - to go forward when there was no one waiting in front of us. For 10 Mounties.Very impolite - not smiling, not greeting,very rude behavior.They were Busy laughing and being very impolite.They need public service trainings.It seems the Management need to care and observe, and make corrections in this public clinic.

Overall, This google rating tells you about this center. I took my 5yo girl to see dentists here yesterday. Went to see 2 different dentist here for the sake of having 2 different opinion.Nothing good comes out. With the second dentist, I felt like it was an interrogation. I spent 30mins feeling intimidated and I was just being polite. She insisted that my daughter has never had dental X-ray with them when the X-ray print out was just in her hand. Knowing my daughter already feel the pain on her tooth, the dentist still suggested to send my daughter to go for treatment at the Hospital with more than a month waiting period. Overall, didn’t have good experience with the dentists during my daughter’s case. Seems like they are just ticking out the box and fill up their schedule to get the gov funding money and send the job to the hospital. What an eye opener for the gov clinic.
