Wish I could make this ZERO stars! Firstly, average waiting time on the phone is going to be at least 1 hour EACH time, but often closer to 2 hours.Secondly, app is absolutely terrible - even though I log in regularly, every week or so it makes me log in on the website with email, and then doesn't recognise my email address, even though it is correct. I will even use forgotten password to try and login, and it won't work - then a few days later I'll try app again, and it suddenly works. Maxxia - either do better or close down, you cause a lot of people, a lot of stress.

If I had any other options I would dump this company like a rock. 4 hours on hold for 3 consecutive days, Online for completed and only response 1 week later was an auto generated response thanking me for contacting them and that the issue was now closed! Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They deserve to lose their financial licence and I have lodged a formal complaint with the ACCC.Having done all requested in the companies reply it's now been another 2 weeks and a total of 8 hours on hold. Still no call back and no answer to my submission again on the online form.Today's effort attached and still on hold. How am I supposed to work and assist people in the ED when I waste all my time doing this????

Extremely unhappy with the service provided. Poor and Horrendous customer service. 1-2 hours waiting each time for someone to answer the phone calls. I requested for a Maxxia card three months ago but I have not received it yet. Each time I call and wait for 2 hours to be connected, someone is saying we have sent it to you and you will get it in 1-2 weeks but nothing happened so far. Extremely disappointing.

Absolutly Disgraceful Service.and if you already know this , good luck getting out. i cant even Get a payout letter to leave this service.Turn around and walk away if you still can.EDIT : I can Easily say that even after the dispute resolution replied to this Revieew that nothign changed, And Maxxia is still a disgracefull CompanyLong wait times.The Chat feature" for help never has any available consultantsWhen you try to claim for insurance they take you for a ride in order to not have to pay.The only Pro i can see is that it takes the stress away from owning a car..... oh no it adds Stress because you have to deal with this Company.Go somewhere else"

Initial set up to get the vehicle went very smoothly however being able to speak with anyone about claim payments is proving to be a nightmare.I’ve called an held for 30-40 minutes over 5 times before I’ve had to drop the call due to needing to do other things. I’ve sent a message through the app with no response, I’ve sent an email to complaints resolutions with no response and I’ve sent messages to the social media account with no response.It shouldn’t be this hard after I’ve already submitted all the required evidence. It worries me going forward as I’m only in the beginning of this contract!

Appalling wait times if you need any kind of support. Every call has a wait time of 30 mins at least. I find it really hard to try and fit this sort of wait time into my working day and consequently most of my needs for help go unmet. They could do with more self serve functionality online to reduce their call volumes . Can’t wait for this lease to end.

Process with this lot is beyond a joke. Unfortunately, my employer doesn't allow us to use anyone else so now basically stuffed as far as benefiting from the Governments EV tax benefits. Asked to provide the same thing over and over again with no explanation or assistance from consultant. Even asked questions for information that I had already provided in an email, so shows how little he was interested in assisting with this, didn't even bother to read my emails. When emails sent asking to provide information that had already been provided with no explanation as to why, finally gave up. Customer service is appalling and quite obviously, they could care less. Hopefully there are better options out there providing this service, unfortunately though, not for me. Put this review on Product Review and was sent a private message asking for further details to be sent to the resolution" email I see many here have been asked to do the same. Don't bother

Absolutely horrendous customer service.They also chose insurance policies that pay them commissions and are very expensive, although they do offer the option to organise your own insurance.It is incredibly frustrating dealing with them if there are any issues as they are not contactable and take over a week to respond to emails.They overdrew my salary package account and then have taken weeks to try and do something about it. In the meantime I am getting absolutely zero benefit from salary packaging.I would seriously go back several years and unsalary package my car and use a different company if it was possible.Unfortunately I have to give them one star because it is not possible for me to give zero.

Appalling customer support if any. They don’t answer the phone unless it’s for a new lease. They don’t reply to emails, live chat gives you a response to email or call.This is my second lease and I will not get another through Maxxia. Stay away….. absolutely disgusted with MaxxiaI’ve been trying to change my employer through Maxxia for over a month, I’ve sent numerous emails to no response, I’ve made over 20x phone calls some on hold over 2 hours- none were answered unless I went through the new lease channel. Their live chat option just tells you to call or email.The email for complaints is a generated response saying will get back in 5 business days…. Yet to hear backMaxxia you are a joke

I put in a claim on 30th March 2023 which hasn't been paid into my account.I have rung three times over the last two weeks to be on hold for over 40 minutes and noone answered the call. I hung up in the end of each one.I have tried several times to connect through chat and it always says no consultant available.This is ridiculous not being able to contact anyone and my payment has still not been made.I have now emailed resolutions and will see what happens now.
