Service was terrific. Dean was very prompt at responding to our first contact and all subsequent calls. On the day he showed us the car with a thorough overview and a comprehensive test drive. The paperwork was handled efficiently. Extras offered were explained but there was no pressure selling. The team contacted us for pickup when they said they would. All in all a very professional and customer service oriented experience. I would recommend Dean and the team at Frankston toyota.

Our used car sales person Sebastjan was by far the most genuine and professional person we had met when checking out dealerships along the Frankston strip for a work SUV. He took care of us, we didn't feel like we were getting pushed and he was super helpful in finding us a great car - easily the deciding factor in our purchase. Got a 2023 Prado wait time wasn’t bad considering the car industry at the moment. Frankston Toyota made the process easy as this was my first new car. Most important had a full tank when we picked it up. Will definitely be getting my next car from them.
