Highly recommended. Our birds were thoroughly cared for by Kelly who has a genuine passion for all birds. So good to find this gem of a place.

I love Kelly! She is very caring! You leave your bird/cockatoo/parrot with her and honestly you don't need to worry at all.She has looked after my galah twice now and definitely in the future as well! Reasonable prices!

I booked ages in advance to leave my birds here for a week. Two weeks before departure I called to confirm, when I got no response I backed up with text messages asking to confirm the booking and listed dates for drop off and pick up. I received no responses even after further phone call attempts. Luckily a good friend stepped in and offered to take my birds so I could go on holiday. Obviously I can't rate this place anything more than 1 star from my experience. I was completely let down. When I returned home, I got a text from them telling me what time I could drop my birds off. Having sent text messages and left voicemail confirming all the dates, I couldn't believe that this could have been an error. If you are in need of a reliable bird sitter, I wouldn't book in here. I can't comment on the quality of care birds receive here, because mine never made it to their booking. Complete waste of time and it also caused a lot of stress as I had to find someone last minute. Not very considerate at all.

Kelly has such a passion for birds, it really shows whenever I drop my birds off. She and Ian show such great care keeping me updated on them if asked and same as sharing pictures to put my mind at ease. Each time I pick them up I can see they have been well cared for. They are so accommodating with their drop off and pick up times as they understand holidays sometimes don't go to plan. I have no issues keeping my birds with them I couldn't suggest them more.

Is the best place to leave your birds here.The birds are look after even better thatyou doing yourself.

Kelly and Ian have looked after my birds for many years now and there are not enough stars to rate the outstanding service that they provide. The level of care is superb and I'm quite certain my birds are rather disappointed to return home after a holiday under their expert care. I would highly recommend Melbourne Bird Boarding to anyone who wants optimum and affordable care for their feathered friends.

Love Kelly! She has an incredible wealth of knowledge about each and every bird she takes care of. Every time harley comes in she knows everything about him. He is always healthy and happy when I pick him up. The cages are always clean and clearly cared for. Thank you Kelly!

I cannot recommend Kelly enough. She is fabulous and eased my sons anxiety immediately after meeting her for 5min! We had regular updates and we were able to call or message to check up on our sun conure while we were away. Our Tiki came home a different bird with more confidence and attitude! We will be coming back.
