Tim was very helpful when we were doing our renovation. Started when we were thinking of selling our house. We had to go overseas and he was willing to inspect the place identified the works before we even met n liaised with our agent to get access.He was creative in solving issues of our property. In the end the result was fantastic n we achieved a great price for our property.

Tim at Heilbronn Building managed our renovation late 2020/early 2021. He was super easy to work with and always willing to work with us to find solutions that were within our budget, even for some quite bespoke requests.We didn’t have an architect on our job, but felt very much in safe hands with Tim, who has a good eye for detail and design.We lived at home during the renovation with our three little kids, and I worked from home too - Tim was really tidy and respectful of our family.We are really pleased with the result and would 100% recommend Heilbronn Building.

Tim has completed works on two occasions for me. Tim’s work has always been exceptional. He has a strong attention to detail, he oversees all work by his trades, leaving nothing to chance. He is very thorough and quick to rectify any slight imperfections. He worked quickly and delivered the job according to his original estimate of timeframe and cost, keeping my home very clean during the works.

Tim and his team did an extensive renovation on my terrace house. I am exceedingly happy with the result and the process throughout. I was kept in the loop the whole way through and we worked really well together. Tim was a perfectionist, extremely reliable and no question from me was too small or silly (of which there were many)! The quality of the work was spectacular and the teams that he used for electrics, plumbing and painting were excellent. Can’t recommend Heilbronn Building enough.

We negotiated a price suited to my budget and throughout the job he kept me updated with progress emails & photos. We couldn't have asked for a better builder going into our first renovation. Tim was always happy to answer any questions we had and didn't seem to mind when we constantly changed our minds. :) Will definitely be using Tim again for future projects.

Tim was resourceful, easy to communicate with and made sure everything was well finished including the work of other trades.Working in design and construction ourselves our expectations were pretty high and Tim exceeded all of them.He was pleasure to work with and we couldn't have done with out him. Tim and his team did a great job fixing up two leaky balconies and fully remodeling two bathrooms. He is very solutions focused, customer orientated and easy to work with. The end product is also stunning.
