Look I would honestly give 4 stars but there are so many reviews here that put 1 star with ridiculous statements that I honestly feel it is my duty to even out them a bit ayeThey helped me find my scooter when someone tried to steal it in a professional manner. Right after new years too good people just have to deal with a lot of Karen's I reckon.

Two police women did not listen to the truth. They did not help at all, my father was driving with his disabled daughter, at the speed of 20, he was parking and a cyclist came and crashed the car. Nothing happened to the cyclist and his bike. He called the police, and they took the statements of the cyclist and random people on the street, but they didn’t take my familys statements and we were 10 people in two separate cars, they didn’t take my statement and my family and we were driving behind my dads cars, they took strangers statements but not ours. We told them listen to our side of the story but they didn’t listen. They didn’t care about us or the disabled person in the car that had 70% burns.

Consistently never care, refuse to take reports, direct you elsewhere for jobs that are literally theirs to do! Unreal. Gave up ages ago. Don't bother wasting your time with the place, unless there is no other option.

If I could give a zero I would! After reading reviews I knew I was right all along. I've been abused so many time from police from this station. They are rude and arrogant. Yes true, don't want to do paper work just abuse you and tell you to move on in a threatening behaviour. Not very nice at all. I don't know who they think they are. They shpuld be nicely serving the public, not have big chops on their shoulders and make life hard. The nicer person you are the worse you get treated. If you want respect then don't xall or go to this station. Don't want to do your job? But still want to get paid for it? Then give it up and let someone nice do it. Go to Holden Hill, they are better mannered there.if I get repercussions from this review, it won't take an Einstein to work it out!!!

Have had Togo there twice and all staff were helpful, patient and professional

Currently standing in the station with someone else, barely any staff at the counter, and a person has been waiting for 15 mins to report something to do the right thing. Some male cop seemed completely disinterested in taking a statement or a report, and some short haired blonde cop just got impatient with them and practically shouted at them to go sit down. Same female cop just outright misgendering the person too. Genuinely appalling, get better at actually caring for people who are coming to you for help. Get better or get a new job. The British guy cop is lovely though, and seems to actually care, so he can stay

The admin officers are more competent than the police officers here. Money hungry dodgy officers. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Do your jobs properly.

Refused to take details of theft and damage, refused to investigate my stolen laptop even though they knew who stole it, caught one officer on camera stealing items from me while performing an illegal search. Requested $5,000 a month to protect me against further incidents happening. When I refused to pay AV a fat balding detective sent M Cardi and the academy to sort me out. Even ICAC are on the Vital payroll.

dont bother coming here to report anything as they will try their best to ignore/avoid doing any paper works. Most of them dont even know their own protocols or legislation. This station seems to be recruiting school drop outs. The senior officers couldnt even string 3 words together. Also seemed like they dont understand english either.
