Treated appallingly by Cathy Egan, blamed everything on her '7 receptionists' based in Newcastle!!! No empathy and made me feel like I was lying about what I had been told by the receptionist when she called to confirm my appointment yesterday, I asked if the stairs were steep and was told no they aren't. Cathy said they wouldn't have said that. Well they did!! Disgraceful. I left feeling very upset. She practically slammed the door behind me.
