Lovely reception upon arrival ..It was really helpful and informative interaction.

Price is industry standard. However they love the animal's. The staff are lovely. They really care about the animal's. That's more important than price. They do vet pay. Facilities are clean. They were really caring for our old dog at end of life and us.

Wonderful vet clinic. Dr Bec and her team are so warm and caring, couldn't give them a higher recommendation.

Always a great experience using these vets. I have been a client for over 15 years and have at all times had my concerns dealt with professionally and compassionately. They give clear explanations and detailed estimates of treatment, and they work with us to keep things affordable. I no longer live close but am happy to drive to see the team. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bec, Deb, Tara and the rest of the crew. If you need care for your pet, I would not look anyplace else. The team at Brassall Vets are amongst the most passionate, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating people we have encountered during our time as pet owners.We started seeing them about a year ago when they diagnosed our greyhound with diabetes (I know right, who would have thought a greyhound could have diabetes..).We were in total shock, disbelief and denial and decided to get a second opinion from a specialist vet which confirmed they were right.While we continued to seek treatment through the specialist vet we were in and out of Brassall Vets for various other things and each time they were so great.Months later, we had pretty much been told by the specialist that our management of the diabetes was as good as it was going to get despite it not being fantastic.On an unrelated visit to the Brassall Vets they asked about how Daisy was going with her diabetes and refused to accept that her numbers was good enough so used their network and referred us to another specialist who has also been wonderful and helped us better tailer our care for Daisy. If it wasn’t for them and their willingness and drive to help, we still wouldn’t have her under control.They have also checked over her multiple times and not charged us out of the kindness of their hearts. One solely because she’d just had a big surgery (at the specialist vets) and they thought they’d give us a break and not charge- how generous and wonderful! We were so touched! You really cannot expect that kind of service from anyone!You can tell they are genuine and really care about the animals. We also have friends and family that use Brassall Vets and all speak very highly of them.Thank you Bec, Steph and the team so much for what you have done for us and Daisy and what you do for everyone else. You’re all amazing and we are in owe of you for your skill set and love you show our fur baby!If you’re looking for a vet- look no further than these guys! You’ll be in excellent hands!
