Territory Sportsmedicine

I have been going to Territory Sports Medicine for several years and have always received sound advice that has led to clear improvements in my condition. Their physios take the time to diagnose your problem and I always feel like I'm receiving advice from an expert. Harry was the last physio I was attended by who helped me successfully rehabilitate my knee. Highly recommended to anyone with a sports-related injury.

Jemma fixed my back !I’ve had quite bad ongoing lower back problems from my physically demanding job, lifting large weights and being on my feet all day has taken it’s toll. I was recommended to TSM by my sister who sees a masseuse there. Jemma, my massage therapist gave the most amazing service I’ve ever received! I felt comfortable, understood and heard by her. We talked through my back and posture problems and she knew exactly what parts needed to be worked on. It was painful but I was walking on air when I was out of there. At the end of my session she gave me stretches and tips to keep my posture and back strength up! I’ll be back and I’m recommending her to anyone who needs a GREAT remedial massage! Thank you TSM and Jemma! What a great experience.

I saw Bridie last year when having some issues with pregnancy related pain. She was amazing. She took the time to carefully review my symptoms and come up with an incredibly effective treatment plan. Definitely the first port of call in Darwin for a sports-related injury or muscle strain. While enduring fitness testing as part of a job application, I developed an injury. A physiotherapist at Territory Sportsmedicine showed me how to properly strap my knee so that I could continue. More recently, I went along due to a shoulder strain and the exercises and stretches that I was shown really helped! Very convenient location and great staff.

Territory Sportsmedicine is the best place in town for Physio, and Massage. They have been around forever and there is a good reason why. They are friendly and warm, from the front desk staff, to all of the Docs, Physios and Massage staff. They also deliver results and they care about their clients. Do yourself a favour and check out TSM. They are the best.
