Elisha and Stan are great hosts and do their absolute best to make everyone comfortable, their staff are friendly and accomodating in every respect. Keep doing what you are doing, the people that have a good time here will definitely return. The rooms are comforting and warm. The food is good considering the shortages throughout Australia at the moment, breakfast and pizza are definite goers. Thanks for making our holiday a memorable experience ❤️ Wish you all well for your future seasons.

Overall the rooms were okay, had very basic heating and facilities.Take your own hair dryer and towels as their towels were all stained hence my star deduction. In fact so were their sheets, so id say cleanliness is not a priority for this venue but the staff were nice to deal with and the venue had a bistro which came in handy when the weather was terrible - the rooms are small so you can spend time at the bistro.The restaurant menu is very limited so you will most likely need to find somewhere for dinner if you plan to stay more than a few nights.

Staffs were nice. Food also quite nice. Dining room was ok. Room was cold as the heater can't really warm it. During the storm, the room's structure shrieked. Better bring a portable heater to help warm you in the room. Location was ok, not too far from the lifts. Just need to make handrails as walking on the street to the lift will took time.

Over priced, hotel needs an upgrade and the rooms are definitely not as clean and nice as the photos suggest. Many things broken in the room....Radiator was not working so was cold, mgmt tried to help but still not worth the money or effort. We left a day early as it was just not qorth staying another night. Food was terrible! We waited 1.5 hours for dinner 2 nights in a row and it was just generally of the lowest quality. One of the cook staff was even SMOKING at the bar/restaurant area!!!

Live music good, though no PowerPoints in our room and breakfast was kinda stuffed up on our 2nd day where we could only have cereal. Other than that, was pretty good. Not quite worthy of 4 stars thought.

We stayed there this weekend for the peak music festival.In the 4 days we stayed there we were only able to have to showers due to the hot water system no working.We were also move to another room due to dirt coming out of our basin.We were still unable to drink the water or have a hot shower due to there being no hot water and the colour of the water.The manager was nice but didn’t really offer any solution to the problem.On arriving back home we contacted oz snow about our experience and they didn’t care at all.Save yourself a horrible experience and book elsewhere.

Do not believe the details on google, they are far from accurate.1. Meals are not included, but your invoice will state this.2. The spa has not worked for years and is now a workshop.3. Yet to see a table or bench get wiped over.4. Ordered a glass of wine, the glass was filthy.5. Beds not made.6. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, it can take weeks to get through.7. Yet to see the fire going.8. Take lots of warm clothes to wear inside, you’ll need them, it’s freezing.9. No cups to make coffee, place littered with dirty cups and plates.10. No TV reception i the main lounge.11. Booking staff rude.12. Breakfast was fair.As a long term guest of many years this place has gone to ruin, very sad to see it all about just taking your money now.It is now nothing short of a dive and a shadow of its former self.There is much better value to be has elsewhere and will be our last time.Hard to believe how such hospitality basics can be overlooked.

Having read some of the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by Snowy Gums. The hot breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the acoustic guitar in the evenings by the fireplace was a perfect way to end it. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. The showers are hot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
