Peter was very friendly and helpful with us. He made it easy for us what to get for my daughter and nephew. He’s staff was friendly and accomodating too. Definitely top notch customer service. If you are buying a bike, scooter or accessories this is the best place to get it. You don’t only get great service but awesome quality product

Excellent Service! They assembled my bike from a box, bought from elsewhere. The Staff Nathan and Carl were very, very friendly, accommodating, and did a fantastic job on the bike at a very reasonable comparable price. I will keep returning here for any bike work needed to be done in the Bendigo/Macedon Region. I wish i could rate them higher. Fantastic customer service and great knowledge on bikes!!!

I was in Castlemaine for a few days and I wouldn't of ridden La Larr Ba Gauwa with out these guys fixing my brakes. A loose banjo bolt had caused all sorts of problems. Thanks for the quick turnaround.

These guys saved me big time!! A long awaited post lockdown MTB trip to Harcourt was nearly cut short with a front brake failure however the awesome crew at the Bike Vault sorted me out with a quick turnaround and great prices!! Absolute legends :)

Best service I have had for years! Gary didn't usually hire kids bikes or have a baby seat, but within an hour he found everything we needed, tested they were working and safe, and had us on our country ride.

Was visiting Hepburn Springs for a few days and brought the mountain bikes after hearing there was some great riding in the area. Stopped in to the Bike Vault for some directions to the local trails and the guys were more than happy to help us out with some maps and advice on some trails within just a few kilometers from town. Some really nice bikes and a great selection of parts and accessories.
