Unfortunate experience in the store - what should have been a simple exchange turned into and exercise in poor customer service of the very worse sort - please up skill your staff!!!!!

Super friendly ladies helped me with my choices and made suggestions. Cybil was especially helpful considering I ducked in at closing time and ummed and arrred for 15 minutes. LOOOVE the clothes in here too!

I missed the name of the lovely lady who has just assisted me over the phone, to source a shirt. You were incredibly helpful and helped me to locate the shirt in another store! Brilliant service and friendliness. Thank you. Always my choice of Witchery stores in the Hills area and you have proved that again!

Amazing customer service. The staff are very courteous, welcoming and patient. A special thank you to Melissa at the Rouse hill store who helped me return an item that I had ordered online as I needed a smaller size. Even though the item was not available in their store, she took the time to order one in and organised it to be delivered directly to my address. Received it today! Love it!

I am so impressed with this stote! In particular the customer service of Sibel! She was so welcoming (even though I came it at almost closing time), helpful, understanding and knowledgeable! I learned so much from her in a short time! Not only did I end up purchasing quality shoes, but I felt like I was levitating on a cloud when I came out of the store! I was so happy, so mesmerised with the experience! That's how customer service should be like! Absolute excellence!I will definetely be back for nore!

Bad customer service. Condescending staff who smirked and chuckled at me with another customer just because I didn't wish to try outfits and wanted to buy them straight away. Whatever happened to warm customer service minus the attitude?

Recently attended two Witchery stores in same day, that is, Castle Hill and Rouse Hill stores and what an utter disappointment. Very quickly became apparent that arrogance is a hallmark of Witchery staff at all stores. Staff presented as disinterested, immature, showed no effort to assist clients and ironicallly think very highly of themselves. Rather, what became apparent was staff eyeing customers entering the store and the manner in which they were looked up and down. You pay peanuts you get monkeys Witchery.
