Soon as I walked in Marty was very helpful (couldn't say the same about other competition) listened to me, explained all I needed to no, walked in Monday, walked out Friday with my new ski, Jamie walked me around explained everything, showed me what to do and made it very clear to call him at any time if I ever have any issues. These guys are absolutely awesome even though I don’t have there brand of ski, theyhave still gone above and beyond to help me, Marty and Jamie are top blokes with prestige service, I would certainly buy a new ski from these blokes without hesitation if the mrs would authorise an upgrade. Love ya work guys old school customer service hard to find in the modern world.

Great team to talk to. Fast replies and fast delivery! Youtube content is really helpful! Can't recommend this place enough! Had to edit this review to add, after installing all the parts that we ordered, and waiting for a warm day to ride down in Melbourne, all I can say the smile on our faces says it all, the ski's boogie. Best buys we did!! Stage 1 & 2 plus ride plates, recommend this to all ultra owners!

Marty rude over the phone, was asking a simple question about getting a double trailer adjusted to suit a newly purchased yamaha and kawasaki and said no go back to yamaha and get it done there and hung up. Not a good way to speak to clients on the phone.

They will go above and beyond for any reasonable request and always eager to answer any questions even after sales too!! If you’re looking for anything Kawasaki except Miss Kawasaki, look no further! I wish these guys were in Melbourne !!!I watched one of their video's on how to set the base idle on my STX 15F. This video did the trick and my engine purred like a kitten. Unfortunately without knowing I dislodged a plug and I got an F1 fault. I called around some places in Melbourne and they all told me to bring it in so they could take a look. I called Brisbane Kawasaki and they were very helpful. They told me how to get the actual fault code then told me exactly what plug I probably dislodged. And they were spot on. Jet ski is running like new.Thank Guys!

100% trusted the boys at geebung Brisbane Kawasaki ...customer service was excellent...The gentleman were very nice even took the time to go through the ski step by step... I would highly recommend them ... they will always have me as a customer... our ski we brought was a rebuild with a brand new engine in it we have never had a problem with...
