I called Geoff when my Dell laptop (out of warranty) died suddenly. He diagnosed (correctly) that it needed a new main board which might be more expensive than a new laptop. In the end I did a deal with Dell to replace the mainboard plus 2 years extra warranty. I will certainly call Geoff again if I have problems with my other computers

Geoff fitted us in when one of our computers stopped working right before Christmas. We got it back with a twenty-four-hour turnaround and he came to our location to fix a further unexpected issue on a Saturday Christmas Eve.Excellent work and customer service.

Geoff was highly recommended to me and I am so very glad he was!! Geoff has been absolutely outstanding in helping me with all of my IT issues. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things IT and his pricing is very reasonable. I am not surprised with all the 5 star ratings he has already received because he so deserves it! As other reviewers have said he is a lovely young man, patient, fabulous and lovely to talk to. KMAC Computers/Geoff are the best!!

He went above and beyond not just by fixing the issue, but even giving my PC a full service, a clean and updating it also. Our HP Elite Desk R/F desktop computer stopped working 2 days before 12 month warranty expired that we had bought from KMAC computers..Contacted Jeoff and he promptly replaced it and also added another 4 gb for more power for free , he did not charge us for his time and is presentable and friendly. I must add KMAC Computers will not give me another 1year warranty on this replacement computer which is a worry re the quality of the product.Cheers.
