Beautiful centre. So grateful we started our little girl of in the babies room at this centre. The staff in all of the rooms are welcoming, caring and approachable. The management team are on the ball and there to answer any questions. The communication between staff and parents is outstanding. Everyday when you walk in it looks clean and inviting-morning and afternoon. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. The team of staff are really what makes a great Kindy and these girls are beautiful. They deserve 10 stars for their hard work and dedication✨

We absolutely love this centre. After spending 3 months at a different daycare in the area, our 10-month-old was miserable and we made the tricky call to try a new centre and moved to Goodstart Goldwater Avenue. Within days we had a completely different baby - he adores going to daycare and just loves his carers. The educators are brilliant - they really love your little one, meaning the babies feel safe to learn and grow. They are so supportive in all areas, including gentle sleep philosophies. We are stoked with the centre and love all the staff.

When you arrive at the centre you see a big sign saying EXCEEDING The National Quality standards and this centre does not disappoint! As a mum of 4 kids I’ve been sending my children to this centre for over 12 years. We have been offered to join other centres but we would not go anywhere else - it’s an amazing feeling to feel like all of us are included in the goodstart family...With a caring team who genuinely ask you how your day was?Their level of professionalism and care for our children has been above all levels we could hope for. The Long term staff are led by a brilliant centre director who has been at the centre for longer than we have been attending. She leads a wonderful management team of her 2ic and 3ic who carry that caring and very professional feel throughout the centre in her absence.Having long term staff in this industry can be rare to find, but this centre is full of hidden gems in every room. Also the regular enhancements and enriching of the kids programs is wonderful to see soo much effort going into their daily learning... The centre is always clean and tidy and well presented. You really do walk out feeling that your children are in very capable hands so you can focus on your day. We’ve had the normal kid injuries, illness, emotional ‘moments’, separation anxiety, toileting challenges, special family needs and adjustments and Kylie and her team have been invaluable in these transitions for us.If you are looking for a centre you can trust, a friendly team who take a genuine interest in your children, who monitor and help grow your kids developmentally and communicate clearly with you about your child’s progress then I highly recommend this centre for your family. Go and meet them! They will welcome you with open arms.

We have had all our kids through this kindy (for the past 10 years) and its the best! We still have our little girl in here too! The staff is lovely and ensure they get to know each child. They understand parents struggles and are all extremely patient. , thank you for providing such a fun, educational and friendly environment for our kids! ❤️❤️❤️

I sent an enquiry on 15 Aug 2022 to ask if there was any available spot for my son on 19 Sep 2022. We waited 6 business days to get her reply, which was 23rd Aug 2022. After that, they never replied us again and just left us hanging waiting for an answer. We chose Sunkids instead and felt not being respected and ignored! This is very disappointing, especially coming from one the largest child care providers. Clearly they have management issues need to be fixed.

Goodstart Robina Goldwater has such amazing facilities, educators and teachers. both their indoor and outdoor environments are amazing and very inviting. My son has been attending the center for almost a year and he loves it so much, it has always felt like home. He has really exceeded beyond our expectations due to the high quality education and care the educators provide. Centre management are easy to approach and always ready to help if needed. I could not recommend this center more.

My son had never really settled at his previous Kindy but after moving him to Goodstart Robina Goldwater Ave he blossomed and just loved attending, even asking to go on his day off. The staff were amazing and genuinely cared about my child. Would definitely recommend this centre to anyone looking for childcare.
