Have had to come here a few times for fasting tests. They advertise they open at 7am staff rocks anywhere from 7:15-7:30

Opened ten minutes late (fasting study so pretty keen to get going), delayed another 10 mins by the first patient who didn't bring their Medicare card (not my problem). So in all, a 40 min wait to get simple bloods taken because the fellow was really slow also.

The staff at Laverty Ginninderra are extremely rude . Avoid that place!We have been twice lately and both times the bad attitude of the staff member and the service was a disgrace. We have found that the staff members on the front desk are unfriendly, rude, angry and unhelpful.

Not sure why all the bad reviews, they were open til 6:30 which was great and pathologist was friendly and efficient.

The staff wasnt nice and (somewhat racist)and she had way too many requests! I was asked to pump my arm, hold my cotton ball, and LOOK at the cotton ball I was holding, make sure I drink enough water because she jabbed one arm and no blood came out, move my body closer hold my arm straight... even though she seemed to have taken enough she added I'll call you if I need more blood. Isn't that just laughable?Out of all my pathology experience this is the WORST BY FAR.

Lovely receptionist and lady who took my blood. Place was a little off putting from the outside but nonetheless the great fast and friendly service made up for it. Thanks!

Turbo Sun, your review is laughable and obviously designed to be malicious. How do you know if enough blood was taken or not? Are you trained? Also sometimes blood does not flow so clenching your fist and drinking water sometimes helps. BTW have fun making friends.
